Lt. Richard Odum Funeral
Rest In Peace - - Richard Odum, who served with the Athens-Clarke County Police Department for over 24 years, passed away yesterday after a courageous and long battle with COVID-19.
Lt. Odum had a passion for teaching, mentoring many officers at the department. Upon retirement, he began teaching again, and his last post was as a police academy instructor at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center.
